If you use the contact form, we process your name, email and message. If you call or write, we process your contact details and the content of the request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in replying (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

The site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form messages are delivered by email through Resend. We do not sell data.

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores what it needs to work.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer the request and follow up on the booked session.

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, through the contact form or by phone. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
